Pilot Program
We're running our first three implementations at cost.
DevTel AI is new. In exchange for the discount, we're asking for permission to write up the results. The case studies live here when they exist, not before.
Why we're doing this
No fake case studies on this page
A lot of early-stage consulting firms publish vague case studies. The clients get anonymized, the outcomes get fuzzy, the testimonials come from stock-photo people with composite names. We're not going to do that. When a real engagement closes, we'll write up what it actually took to ship: the workflows we built, the architecture we landed on, the numbers we hit, and the parts we got wrong along the way.
Until that happens, this page stays empty of fabrications. No invented quotes, no metrics we made up to sound impressive, no logos we don't have permission to display. When the real work closes, this is where it'll live.
Who's a fit
Who we're looking for
50–500-person company
Operations-heavy: retail, finance, distribution, professional services, healthcare admin, manufacturing
Already running Microsoft 365, Google Workspace, NetSuite, or Jira (the systems we plug into)
An operational problem that's actually slowing your team down: ticket triage time, scattered documentation, manual reporting, knowledge that lives in one person's head, decisions stuck waiting on data
Willing to let us write up the work afterward, anonymized at your discretion
The arrangement
What you get. What we get.
What you get
- –Pick one of our standard offerings (AI Knowledge System, Workflow Automation, or Custom AI Agent). We implement it at cost: we cover the labor, you cover any required hosting or tool subscriptions.
- –A working production system, not a slide deck
- –The same scope, process, and quality of work as a paying engagement
What we get
- –Permission to publish the case study, generalized to your comfort level
- –Direct feedback from the team using the system, captured for our process improvements
Status
Three pilot slots are open right now, and two of them will likely close in the next 30 days based on conversations already in flight. If you want one, start with the AI Readiness Assessment.
