Why DevTel AI exists

I'm Steven Pinto. For years I've been the IT Director at an operations-heavy mid-market company, which means I'm the person who has to make AI work for a real business, not the one evaluating it on a slide deck. The pattern I see is consistent. Companies in the 50 to 500 employee range either get sold expensive AI products they can't fully adopt, or they hire enterprise consultancies that scope work for the Fortune 500 and price accordingly. Both leave them stuck.

DevTel AI is the firm I wish my employer could have hired. Fixed pricing, scoped to a specific outcome, with a team that ships the work instead of writing strategy decks about it. We're built to plug into Microsoft 365, Google Workspace, NetSuite, and Jira, which is what most mid-market companies are running today.

I started DevTel AI because no one is serving this gap well. Mid-market companies need a partner who ships, not one who writes strategy and hands the build off to someone else. That's the work we set up to do.

If you're at a company in the 50 to 500 employee range, running on those tools, and you've got an operational problem you'd like to fix (a manual workflow, scattered knowledge, decisions stuck waiting on data), I'd like to hear about it. The first conversation is free. If AI isn't the right tool for the problem you're trying to solve, I'll say so.
