Services

Four services, scoped to outcomes.

Four services designed to address the most common ways AI creates real value in business operations.

01

AI Readiness Assessment

Know exactly where to start and what it will take.

Most AI projects fail not because the technology doesn't work, but because they start in the wrong place. The Readiness Assessment maps your current state, including workflows, tools, data, and team capacity, and produces a prioritized roadmap that tells you where AI will create real value and what's required to get there.

Typical engagement

2–3 weeks

What's included

  • Workflow and process audit across core business functions
  • Data availability and quality assessment
  • Tool inventory and integration landscape review
  • Identification of 3–5 high-impact AI opportunities
  • Effort and feasibility estimate for each opportunity
  • Prioritized implementation roadmap
  • Executive summary and board-ready presentation
Outcome

A clear picture of where you stand, what's realistic, and a sequenced plan that leadership can act on before spending a dollar on implementation.

02

AI Knowledge Systems

Stop letting institutional knowledge live in people's heads.

When critical knowledge is spread across shared drives, email threads, and tribal memory, every employee question costs time and every departure takes knowledge with it. We build AI-powered knowledge systems that centralize your documentation, policies, and SOPs and make them searchable in plain language.

Typical engagement

4–8 weeks

What's included

  • Audit of existing knowledge sources and documentation
  • Knowledge base architecture design
  • Document ingestion, indexing, and chunking pipeline
  • AI-powered query interface for natural language search
  • Integration with existing tools (SharePoint, Notion, Confluence, etc.)
  • Access controls and permission mapping
  • Admin dashboard and maintenance documentation
Outcome

Employees get accurate answers in seconds. Onboarding time drops. The people who hold institutional knowledge can stop fielding the same questions.

03

Workflow Automation

Automate the work that shouldn't require a person.

Some processes are repetitive, rule-based, and take hours every week. They're good candidates for automation. We map the workflow, identify the steps where AI adds the most value, and build automation that integrates with your existing tools, not a new platform you have to manage.

Typical engagement

4–10 weeks depending on scope

What's included

  • Process mapping and automation opportunity identification
  • Automation design and approval before build
  • Integration with existing tools (ERP, CRM, email, etc.)
  • Exception handling and escalation logic
  • Testing against real data and edge cases
  • Monitoring and alerting setup
  • Runbook and operations handover documentation
Outcome

Repetitive processes run reliably without manual effort. Your team's time shifts to higher-value work. Errors from manual handling decrease.

04

Custom AI Agents

Agents that handle tasks from start to finish.

AI agents take action, not just answer questions. We build agents that handle specific business tasks end-to-end: retrieving information, generating documents, routing requests, updating systems, and escalating exceptions when human judgment is needed.

Typical engagement

6–12 weeks depending on complexity

What's included

  • Agent scope definition and workflow mapping
  • Tool and API integration design
  • Agent logic, prompt engineering, and guardrails
  • Human-in-the-loop controls and escalation paths
  • Audit logging and decision trail
  • Testing across edge cases and failure modes
  • Deployment and ongoing performance monitoring
Outcome

Specific business tasks run autonomously. Volume capacity increases without headcount increases. Exceptions are handled correctly rather than missed.

How we work

Start narrow, expand deliberately

Most engagements begin with an AI Readiness Assessment, which tells you which service to invest in first and in what order, based on your actual situation.

We don't recommend technology for its own sake. If your data isn't ready for an AI agent, we'll tell you and explain what needs to happen first. If a workflow doesn't justify the automation cost, we'll say so.

The goal is to get you to real operational impact, not to bill hours on a project that doesn't deliver.

Not sure which service fits your situation?

The AI Readiness Assessment is designed for exactly this. We'll audit your current state and tell you where to start.
